Class Details

Imperial Calisthenic College trains weekly during the school year, with classes finishing partway through term 4. Teams perform approximately three times during the year (usually in third term) and all costumes are supplied by the college.

At the end of the year members may choose to participate in the Australian Calisthenic Federation Skills Program. The program is similar to RAD (Royal Academy of Dance ballet examination system) and involves pupils demonstrating sound calisthenic technique for an examiner. This is a short practical exam that may be undertaken every 1-3 years, and only after pupils have been adequately prepared by coaching staff.
